Our kitchens & tea points feature energy-efficient British brands. With Energy Star-certified fridges and dishwashers, along with water-efficient fixtures, we aim to cut water usage significantly and encourage our occupants to adopt conservation practices.
Furniture
We proudly offer 90% UK-manufactured furniture, cutting transportation emissions and supporting local economies. Our suppliers focus on reusing items and eco-friendly production methods.
Flooring and Paint
We always look to incorporate sustainable, hard-wearing flooring and carpets, as well as low-VOC paints to create attractive, environmentally friendly spaces.
HVAC & Lighting
Our fitouts prioritise energy efficiency and eco-friendly materials, featuring advanced HVAC systems for improved air quality and high-quality LED lighting solutions.
Waste Management
Our waste management focuses on smart recycling, diverting as much waste as possible from landfills. We also support the donation of unwanted furniture, promoting responsible disposal practices.
